Poetry – Spinning Three

July 28, 2011

Spinning Three

There is an exodus

                              feel it

                                     three parts

       of internal diaspora

                            tear a tear

                                            tearing in the middle

     tilted                  to the side

            one part    apart                    and another

two                               not wholly there

or here                             or there

      just existing                in                       space

        area               areas            margins   bounding

   boundaries                           boundless

free form floating energy energy energy concentric

circling crushingmixingun           containable

nowhere                                  but here

and there

                                            an exodus

          sense it                 within fragments

        of form

                                         and function

reasons three

                                              start to

make sense                        collaborate

in longing wishes                late night sculptures

of the mind                       sit across from another

       staring                        remote drifting

moon riddled                    invisible gravities

have their way                 on three free forms

triumvirate                     ménage à trois

a third wheel              within

closing the gap          magnetic

oh     so        different    but so

magnetic             threesides

rush  into         each  other

the third side of a coin

            never meant

          to be

     a real option

just a lie     a wish    a stupid dream

a reality        that        3 sides

have               the greatest power

but never       will            they all three touch                                              exodus

    collapses rhythm                       sync-defiled

a single               three sided             mind

             can only                        imagine

                                          and should                                only

                                                  chaos             is

                                                                   the only

  1. That’s great man! I like the structure, the shapes it makes. IT sort of forces a rhythm about it huh? Thanks you very much for good word my friend.
